Experience
Evan has litigated cases from both the plaintiff and defendant position, from inception through Supreme Court jury trial. His education, experience, work ethic and superior written submissions ensure a strong representation in any civil case. Representative cases include a successful personal injury lawsuit against one of the nation’s largest telecommunications companies, obtaining a six figure award for a victim of sexual assault under the Adult Survivors Act, a six figure award against a drunk driver for personnel injury to the passenger, successfully defending the award of a $42 million Federal contract, litigating a $50 million real estate tax reduction case and several other strong results.
Community Involvement
As an Animal Rights advocate, Evan has worked with municipalities and shelters to increase funding and help eliminate the need for euthanasia. He has lobbied New York State to increase penalties for animal abuse crimes.
